Rangers could find out on Thursday if they are to be punished by European football's governing body for crowd trouble in Pamplona.
Uefa's control and disciplinary committee is scheduled to discuss events during the Uefa Cup match against Osasuna.
It has received submissions from both clubs, fans and security services.
Rangers fans clashed with Spanish police, while there were also allegations of sectarian singing.
Rangers have submitted a substantial dossier of evidence and information to support their case that sub-standard security and segregation was a catalyst for trouble.
The Ibrox club admitted shortly after the match, which Rangers lost to go out of Europe, that several supporters with banning orders had made the trip to Spain.
And chairman Sir David Murray said he would consider refusing tickets for away matches in Scotland and for European games if fans continued with distasteful chanting.
