Don't know why, but I've always rooted for Athletic Bilbao.

Besides the obvious two, I've always respected Arsenal's style of play under Wenger and they've had some of my favorite players of all time, Bergkamp, Pires & Henry....and of course Mad Jens :)

Reading (since they've got several Americans) and West Ham, which is a good friend's favorite team.

Chelsea, United and Everton. ;)

(I was always taught never to look down on those who didn't have the same opportunites as I did.)

Celtic, obviously. It comes with being Irish. Also Tranmere. I've got a bunch of family who live in Birkenhead so I'd gone to see them occasionally as a kid. That's about it.

I second that, I feel bad that we're gonna kill them this weekend. But I usually want Fulham to do well.

Fulham and Reading because of the Americans.

Players that I like behind all Liverpool players: Henry, Dempsey, Eto'o, Kaka, and is it bad that I think Scholes is a good player?

I have got a bit of a soft spot for a lot of teams world-wide but Celtic and Kaiserslautern come to mind.

I like Fulham and Reading due to Americans but also the latter for their no-nonsense style of play...also Portsmouth, when Niko Kranjcar is playing.
On another note, I quite enjoy Barca and Real games on WorldSportHD - love that high def, hopefully something can be done next season on ESPN...

I didn't understand the question until I read your answer........:)

Liverpool and Liverpool reserves.

Maybe if Seattle picked up an MLS franchise I'd go and watch but I doubt I'd take that seriously until we had enough clubs for 2 divisions with something other than pride to play for.

I often find myself pulling for the underdog "All-English" side of the moment.

The team that plays with lots of unheralded (or at least relatively low transfer fee players) who always seem to be mostly English.

Think Reading and Portsmouth now, Leicster from about 6 or 7 years ago, LeTissier's Southampton sides, etc. Seems to be a great atmosphere at these grounds as well as vying for a UEFA Cup spot most years for at least one of these types of clubs. Curiously, I've never been able to be able to stomach Bolton, though they do fit the formula well most years.

And I second the American's in the Prem... like them as well of course.

Any team with Aussie's in it! Except Everton, but I do hope Cahill plays well for 'em.

I have a soft spot for Liverpool because they are dirty, never-say die, bastards and black sheep, and those are characteristics that I can very easily relate to...but I am first and foremost a Dynamo Kiev fan.

Liverpool is the heavenly concubine, Dynamo Kiev is the ********ing wife!
