I imagine that's just a sweat band that you can buy in any sports store. The kind basketball and tennis players wear.

eBay, Foot Locker, most online shops will do them. I personally have the larger tennis wristbands and wear them on a hot day - just one on my right arm.

most likely, he one of the 9 Sodje's playing in european footy, been all over the lower leagues and always wears a super-thick durag, even in internationals, has some religious msg on it....which surely contravenes loadsa UEFA rulings but they tend not to care unless it can scupper the English in some way...no doubt if they qualified for europe he'd be told he wasn't to rock it anymore....
