i pulled my calf muscle, and i just wanted to know if there was anything i could do to stay in shape instead of just sitting on my butt all day. i was thinking of going on like a staitonary bike,but i wanted to know if anyone knew something else i could do. the hardest thing about the injury is watching you teamates play and not being able to help them out. so if anyone could cheer me that would be good too:D . the help is appreciated.

You really should consult a sports doc and not an online forum. I don't want to give advice that could get me sued if something bad happens. Your doc can probably give you good ideas on how to get better more quickly. Maybe you can take some time to watch DVD's, games, etc and figure out how you can be better.

Or do some upper body work - it doesn't involve your legs. Thats what I always had to do when I was playing at a high level and got injured, they make you do a little bit of upper body work a day to kill time more than anything else.

the general: lmao no i wont sure you...i went to the docter and when he said my calf was pulled i just didnt even care what else he said out of frustation...but yes i will watch dvd's to try improve my knowledge. thank you and great idea.
big: i guess there is no better time to do some upper body work...thank you for the idea it is deeply appreciated.
