Avoid trading with serez.de (who sells gameworn shirts) on eBay. This seller tries to add his PayPal fees to shipping costs, which is forbidden by eBay, and is not upfront about this either in the auction (states shipping is 25E to US in listing (which was in GBP) but then asked for over 40E after the sale). As one of my friends noted, "you could get a slighly used footballer for that, let alone a shirt".

i would if i had any new information? i went to the post office and they told me they will call me back when they can locate them and i still havnt been contacted by them. im going to try just find some cash to give them a refund even if i dont get my boots back, because i dont want my name tarnished because of someone elses mistake. its never happened to me before and iv sent like 10things on this site, and i am a regular on ebay......

Its been just about another two weeks, pretty soon about to be 5 months in total... and still no product. I know you dod not want to make it end this way, nor do you want to mess up your name on Bigsoccer or Ebay, but this ridiculous, this is too much to wait for something, I hope you understand, but I want to know what are you planning to do?

Buffon you just keep saying that you're "trying to sort it" and the man just said that he wants to know WHAT you are going to do to sort it, IE how you intend to rectify the situation, I think that deserves an answer at least personally.

I have not yet received my cleats either from Buffon. Frankly, I feel like giving up on the situation and realize I got ********ed over. But I want my money or my cleats.

Right, I don’t know how the buyers feel, but I am getting pretty bored of this whole saga. When the SwapShop opened I said that under extreme circumstances I would attempt to moderate an issue like this, so here is what is going to happen.

Buffon, you can say it 50 times, you can say it 500 times, you can say it 5,000 times. You may have sent the packages but at the end of the day they have been lost. So the first thing that you need to do, is prove you sent the packages. You said on 21st November that you have the receipts to prove that the packages were sent. Find a scanner, scan them in, and send the pictures to the buyers. That way you rule out the accusation that you haven’t sent them at all.

You said on the 23rd November that you were not going to lose two pairs of boots, so you would see what you could do to retrieve them, and then refund. That to me is not acceptable. If the packages were lost, you can put a refund claim in for them. How can the buyers do this? You posted them, you have the receipts, so what can they do? They have been waiting for four months and no progress has been made. Not good enough man, especially when you have been certain that you would be able to either retrieve the boots or get a insurance refund for them, so refund the people their money, and spend the rest of your time recovering the boots.

The last we then heard was on the 22nd December where you said you didn’t have any new information. That is not good enough dude, the boots were apparently sent FOUR months ago and having spoken to a work colleague who is an Australian national, the longest it takes to send abroad is seven working days. Apparently you would also have heard by now whether they could retrieve the package, so please scan your receipt for the lost package claims that you have filed to prove that you have been down there and tried to find out where the packages have gone.

Just above me you said "prove that I'm scamming people" - it's past that point, and you need to prove that you're not scamming people because this has gone on a hell of a long time. At the end of the day your previous feedback does not matter at this point because this is the present, and you have kept these people waiting four months. You need to refund them their money and then try and retrieve the packages yourself. Take them out of the equation, they have been waiting long enough.

yeah dude, goto local police and file a report. they take internet fraud very seriously these days, and buffon is screwed because it looks like more than one person has been scammed by him

its 2 people who havnt received boots which i sent out the same day at the same post office at the same time, which obviously means the shipment was fckd im trying to fix the problem by finding the boots/getting money to refund because at the moment im going through a hard time as my pistons in my engine of my car just sh1t themselves so i need to rebuild the engine (doubt many of you know what im talking about) but im trying to fix these problems i havnt scammed anyone because i have sent the bloody boots.

we honestly dont care, really.

this is just another personal excuse that should be justified with a receipt.

You said yourself you would scan the receipts and show us. So please do. This has gone on long enough. I'm sick of the excuses, the bullshit, everything. I want my cleats or my money.

yeah it's not very difficult to find a scanner. if you have a camera even, you could take a good pic of the receipt(s) in the right lighting. your scam is failing, and i think you're just making more excuses each passing month saying that you're busy, and now your engine just broke. laaaaawwwwwwl. didn't you promise these guys receipts a long time ago? how long does it take to get pics of receipts on to a computer? 15 minutes? i feel bad for the guys you're trying to scam, because 4 months is a hell of a long time. EVEN IF (which i doubt) you did send out the boots, your customers didn't receive them. therefore you owe them a refund

give me lals who do you think yuou are sending me PMs tellin me to leave the site? iv been a member here for 2years and u just signed up and your tellin me to get off the site............ look i told you i dont have a scanned but tomorow ILL MAKE SURE i get them on the computer and send them to you, just so you's can see im not scamming anyone. and i was just saying its kinda hard to refund money when you dont have it due to going through tough times, but tomorow you'll have your receipts guys, theyll be sent in a PM around the same time as this post tomorow.

I don't quite understand... Why the hell can't you send them their money back, so finding the boots can be your problem and yours only. "Tough times" my ass, I'm sure if you try harder you can find their money.

look im not looking for sympathy from any of you. you can believe me or not thats your choice, but i know i sent them i have receipts to prove. im going to have access to a scanner in a couple of hours so ill pm the receipts, i dont understand why everyone else thinks its there business to have there say especially when im receiving threats in PMs from give me lals. at the moment im strapped for cash, otherwise iwould giv them a refund.

IOwnBuffon@Keeping

Receipts are sent so everybody this doesnt involve can keep there business to themselves. now cristiano and upper90s keep it to PMs with me and we'll figure this out.

Hello all,
I just bought yellow vapors mercurial III off of IownBuffon, not only did they arrive on time. They were in perfect condition and he did more than just send the boots. I had many questions on how to clean the boots, how to stretch them as they are a bit small, which is my fault as I know I am a size bigger then what i bought anyway. No lies or twists were done in the deal, everything was straight forward and done well, and he offerered to help me further with the boots. Not much more to say, except the fact that I would do business with this guy again any day

Thanks buffon

thankyou, now would someone like to explain why i would scam to people but send boots to other people? it makes no sense. but thats besides the point.

Now robertbrown was a good buyer, prompt payment and always very polite, i recommend him to all, even though he is in finland!!
