alright i will most certainly re-tell the situation.

If you didnt know yet, I am selling two pairs of Nike Mercurial Vapor III. Vaporking posted in my one thread that he was interested in the other shoe I was selling. I would have just put them both together in one thread, but I decided to sell the white/gols a few months later than when I put the Obsidians up for sale.

He posted me saying:

oh sorry i just read you reply on the other post..

well i also have some brand new vapor 3 fg size 10.5 and vapor 2 fg size 10.5 ill trade you both for the white vapors

i said sure, but I dont like vapor iis. Can you throw in a trade for vapor iv instead of ii?
He said yes and he said I have BNIB Marina Volt Vapor IV FG and BNIB NIke Mercurial Vapor III FG Platnuim and red. He claims they were both size 10.5.
I said wait I need a 10 for vapor iv because thats just how my foot is.
He all the sudden said that oh by the way both boots are now a 10. I knew something was up because you dont miscalculate size on two shoes. Plus, I dount youd have the same color in two sizes. And have vapor ii in what ever size i wanted?

Than it got super fishy right here.
I asked for pics because I didnt believe he actually had the boots.

1) The marinas are a hard ground version. Now if you see in the background, yes there is other shoes so it made me think maybe he does have more shoes.
2)I looked at the vapor iii pictures and i knew i was being scammed right here. I knew the pictures. They were the ebay seller kakaac7777's boots up for sale on ebay. These boots were a size 11 and not a size 10 or 10.5.
3) I then did some research on the marinas and sure enough found hg marinas in size NINE on ebay with the exact same picture.
4) I let him know I am not buying his deal.
5) he claims he is too lazy to send pics
6) I decided to say when he sends pics of the actual boots together he can still have a deal.
7) He then says i can not take pics
8) I then ask a day later well what do you have to sell to me
9) He says every single one of his cleats have sold
10) so in a 3 day period you sell every cleat you own??
11) i only see his chewed up vapor k for sale in the swapshop


just avoid this guy!
he is a scammer!

I ordered a pair a new Puma v1.06 Green Grass in color from Rapture23 and paid via Paypal October 2. I'm still waiting on the boots to arrive. I know shipping takes atleast 7 business days to ship from Australia to USA so I will leave feedback when they arrive!

ill be happy to rescind and delete this negative buyer feedback if he proves to have a legitimate excuse, but....

the buyer Deadly_Vaps_11 (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/member.php?u=117004) has flaked on payment for a pair of boots he agreed to buy from me. I was told on a friday he would get money from his parents and pay me for boots of mine he wanted on the following monday, which i agreed to hold for him until then.

It has now been a full week from that specified monday and have not received any communication from Deadly_Vaps_11 (http://www.bigsoccer.com/forum/member.php?u=117004). I have messaged him a handful of times since that monday with no response.

I can understand if something comes up and he isn't able to pay, but it would have been nice to be kept in the loop and communicated with if he no longer had the money, or had a change of heart, or whatever, instead of wasting my time....time i spent waiting for a reply when i could have spent that time getting the boots sold. also, its just a matter of respect and upholding one's word : i was brought up to stick to your word, and if for some reason you cannot hold up your end of the bargain, at least keep the other person on the other end in the know as to what is going on.


if his reason for not paying me a week ago and afterwards not going online to bigsoccer.com to reply to my messages and communicate to me why he is no longer going thru with the deal has something to do with family emergency or he was in an accident or whatever, then im sorry and will totally take back my negative feedback...but the way i see it is the chances of that are very slim, and the chances of him just being a flakey buyer are much more likely :D

sorry dude, nothing personal, but i dont appreciate being kept in the fog and having my time wasted.
