I've just received an email from Euro 2008: "Friendly Reminder to process the payment of your Tickets".
It says:
If you already processed your payment, please ignore this reminder. If you wish to see the status of your payment, please log into the Ticket Portal at www.euro2008.com by using your Customer Reference Number and your password.
Please note that it takes approximately 1 week for your payment to be assigned to your Ticket Application.
Well, OK, the Bank Transfer hasn't been assigned to the Application yet I suppose. However, where am supposed to see the status of my payment? Am I being blind or is there just nothing there until the payment gets through?

At the very bottom of my main page (the page that tells me which tickets you were allocated for), there is a message "your payment has now been received"

For your information, I gave the instructions to my bank on the 2nd of May, and the status is already ok on the official Euro 2008 website.

when did you process your payment?
Well, I used a credit card so I didn't really process my payment. They already had the information to charge my card since March.

Thanks. Mine also says this now, where previously there was nothing.
Also (in case it helps anybody else) in the upper-left pink box, below the Customer Reference Number it says
Your total payment amount due is:
Payment received
It used to show the amount, I reckon.

Hi everyone.
I've decided to make bigsoccer the non-german board of choice for questions about the extension some of you might know from World Cup 2006.
p.s. Talk about luck: I've got myself a pair of ticket for the Euro 08 Final, category 3 in the april draw. Won't stop me from messing with their shop though :D

YES!!!:)
So what is next? They ask us for the names to be put on our tickets, right? Any idea when this step will be done?

Isn't there supposed to be only the name of ordering person on one of up to four tickets for one game?
According to article 5.7. of the Terms and Conditions the Ticketing system in place for UEFA EURO 2008™ allows us to track which individual is making use of each Ticket.
Up to now Euro 2008 SA only required the personal data of the Applicant. However, upon request, successful Applicants shall provide full details including name and address of their guests to Euro 2008 SA. In the event that successful Applicants refuse to provide such details upon request, Euro 2008 SA reserves the right to thereafter reject the allocation of the relevant Tickets or, if necessary, refuse entrance to the stadium of the Applicant and the guests with no right to refund. The relevant Ticket(s) will be cancelled. Applicants shall be fully and unconditionally responsible for ensuring that guests are aware of, agree to and comply with our Terms and Conditions. In particular, Applicants are obliged to pass on to their guests a copy of the Terms and Conditions.

I guess so. The applicant is therefore responsable for his guests. As an example of that, in this last UEFA Cup Final a friend of mine won a pair of tickets in the UEFA draw, and despite he gave his brother name as a guest, both tickets came with the applicant name on them.
Take care, Miguel

Thanks for the input. The fact that they want me to pay now implies that I haven't applied for a FMT ticket (for England or anybody else), and anyway none of us have got anything to burn yet.

Not only that but England are in a better position than Israel since they play mostly home matches against the teams they are currently fighting with.
