I'm such a spaz. :p

I've been on the Euro2008 site for half an hour trying to find out exactly where I can enter my reference number and find out what tickets I won.

Can someone give me a link to where I can enter my reference #.
Thanks,

I was asked for the address of the bank of the beneficiary, but not the beneficiary themselves' address.

I was asked for the address of the bank of the beneficiary, but not the beneficiary themselves' address.

And the bank address details supplied by Uefa are -

Institution name: Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG
City heading: Vienna
Address: Am Hof 2
POB Number: POB 271
Location: Vienna 1011
POB Location: Vienna 1011
Country: Austria
POB Country: Austria

I don't know why there's so much of it, personally I just put edited highlights on my bank transfer form.

I confirm that info. My bank address details supplied by UEFA are the same as Timanfaya.

I was asked for the address of the bank of the beneficiary, but not the beneficiary themselves' address.

You explain to the bank employee that the adress is not that important (I put Vienna). The important things are: SWIFT code, IBAN code, charges are "BEN" and of course in Payment reasons you have to enter your customer ID number..

I wasn't even asked about the beneficiary address.

I decided to do not worry anymore about the bank charges. When you pay x for something with your credit card, the seller receives x - few % of credit card's center fee. It should be the same with BEN transfers.

Hi there,
I'm really concerned about my successful ticket application. I thought all payment instructions were to be sent by email and I've yet to receive anything. My problem is that I am out of the country and I don't have access to my mail so if it was posted I have a problem! I see some of you have paid already does this mean you received your payment instructions by mail? Did anyone receive these instructions by email? I'm getting quite anxious so if anyone could help out I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks

Hi there,
I was wondering if you received an email or a letter regarding your payment instructions for EURO 2008. I thought it was email and I'm still waiting. Really appreciate an answer.
Regards
Ian

If anyone won tickets and doesn't plan (or doesn't want) to use them, I am more than willing to buy them and would pay above face value. I had a three tournament win streak for Euro lotteries snapped by not getting tix this time. Anyway, bought, sold and traded tix with folks for WC 2006 and would love to again (although I have nothing to sell or trade this time!).

Let me know - ibasso@aol.com

Here is some good news! :)

Fans to fill press stands

Friday, 4 May 2007

Room will be made for an extra 3,800 supporters at UEFA EURO 2008™ group stage matches in Basel and Vienna by the use of adjustable press boxes.
Extra seats
With media demand expected to be substantially less for group matches than games in the knockout phase, parts of the press areas at Basel's St-Jakob Park and Vienna's Ernst-Happel-Stadion will be constructed at the end of the first stage of the finals. Thus approximately 650 extra supporters in each group match in Vienna, and 600 in each match in Basel, will be able to watch the match live.

Good news for Swiss and Austrian fans. And their lucky opponents in the group stage. ;)

Hello everyone,
I'm relieved to see some posts on EURO 2008 ticketing as I've not received my Payment Instructions from UEFA since I am out the country. I've been able to piece together what I need but I have one question I hope you can answer:
When it comes to the section Reason for Payment is the reference number your CUSTOMER REFERENCE NUMBER of your application? Or did UEFA send you a seperate reference number with the mailed copy? I'm thinking the former but I need to be sure as I don't want to lose these tickets. Your help would be fantastic and I'd feel incredibly less stressed once I know.
Thanks.
