most of the soccer i play these days is on extremely hard and over played fields
what is a good shoe for fields such as these?

Most molded-stud shoes should be ok for this. The important think is that the shoe has a strong bottom so that you do not feel where the studs actually are - this will end up creating pressure points and pain.
Nike makes some shoes specifically for super-hard ground. They have lots of little tiny spikes.
Finally, if you are just playing on cement with a little dirt on top, you might look at "training shoes" which are soccer shoes on top and running shoes on bottom. Often you see refs use these.

most of those would be perfect but i prefere to go for rubber blades rather than plastic :) they just seem to bemore comfy :p

Exactly. Usually any type of red-moulded predator. No discomfort at all. Although if you didn't mind going for a lower quality shoe I could always pick up some total 90III red/white hard grounds for you. :)

theyre a nice boot, but just not nice enough! lol :D

I never felt any pressure or pain as a result of wearing hard ground shoes.
