Well, with Fulham only one point clear of the "relegation zone," they make the short trip over to the Emirates for this derby. And with this match against Arsenal and the next hosting Liverpool, it looks like it will be a nail biter. The minor bit of good news is the fact that FFC still have three matches left (including the one starting in 9.5 hours), as opposed to the 3 most everyone around them have remaining. So where they stand after this next match will be a truer look at the table. That being said- here's to hoping that Lawrie can bring Brian, Tomasz, Carlos, Antti, and company together to bring FFC four pts clear! ;)
Hopefully some of you gents would care to share your thoughts prior to, during, and after the match; especially since it can be seen on both sides of the pond...

I will be at the pub in a few hours, wearing full FFC regalia, and hoping to God we don't get our arses handed to us. If we win, I shall drink beer in celebration. If we lose, I shall drown my sorrows in...beer. So for me the end outcome is the same in both situations, but I shall be much happier if we win. It's absolutely imperative at this point, especially given West Ham won and are a mere point behind. Go Whites!

We need to hope Liverpool care just as much against us as they did against Portsmouth. Which is to say not at all.

There's only one thing left to say: Come on you Whites!

I really don't want this thing to go down to the last game.

This is why the EPL (and similar Euro Football leagues) is better than any other pro sports league in the world. Of course we want FFC to avoid relegation, but the fact that we have something to root for is lots of fun.

Is it?
I'm sick to my stomach. I'm not having any fun.

Perhaps fun was not the right word, but lets just say while terrifying, it is nice having a reason to watch these late season games. Although I was not happy in the result this morning.

The Bundesliga is far more entertaining this season. While it may not have the star power that the EPL has, the competitiveness and ability for any team to have fame and fortune or late season disaster is very enticing.
As for the "we're fcuked"... I hate to say this (and I have been pulling for you guys) but you were looking pretty bleak way before last weekend's result. It is honestly going to come down to the Middlesborough game.
