Phil Anschutz craps out that much money in nickels every year that he inadvertently eats

I have no figures in front of me, but as far as amount of $$$ pulled in a year, I'd have to think that the Galaxy are in the front.

Not that it's a big deal but I don't think that TFC gets parking fees since BMO doesn't have it's own parking lot.

Oh yeah, they also don't own the stadium. The city of Toronto does. That means that the revenue is split between the city and TFC.

Richest? I'd guess either LAG or NYRB.

I'd say LA, they're not flushing millions of dollars down the toilet on rent anymore, New York is. The rent for Giant Stadium(I can't remember exactly how much) is painful.

I've heard $175K a game. And they don't get any revenue from parking or concessions. IIRC, doesn't DC have a craptastic lease with RFK?

For the price of the suites you can go to the BMO Field official website

You can also try the cached version of " the cost of watching mls " on Yahoo! ussoccerplayers.com/latest_soccer_news/533352.html

I have no figures in front of me, but as far as amount of $$$ pulled in a year, I'd have to think that the Galaxy are in the front. I would imagine so. They'll be selling 27k and not 20, and the tickets are mucho expensivo. Especially for the suites.

In Red Bull Arena, I predict the Bulls will pass them, tho.

I calculated TFC's suite revenue some ways back. It's about US$500k this year. I expect that to go up significantly next season. (They'll be charging more, plus I hear they're building 6 more suites).

I would agree with this but as of right now I'd imagine that RBNY isn't making too much money, rather losing quite a bit.

Can this be confirmed? Is it really half? That really does defeat the purpose of the SSS if the team is still paying all their earnings on rent.

I would agree with this but as of right now I'd imagine that RBNY isn't making too much money, rather losing quite a bit. Right. I've seen what they want to charge for the suites when the stadium is built ($65k apiece for 62 suites, IIRC), and if they get the kind of world class player(s) that can justify it, you'll be talking $4M/yr in luxury box revenues alone.

Where are all these numbers from? Ticket sales will no doubt be taxed, although I don't know what VAT is like in Toronto. Where did you get the merchandising and TV rights figures? What is 'other sponsors' and where are the numbers?
