Great stomachs react alike. :o

I got a sick feeling as soon as they were talking about VDS having two in the wall on Stubbs' free kick. Energy drinks, beer and not sleeping combined with the sinking premonition makes me sick. When Fernandes scored, I leaned back, looked at the replay, and thought "damn, what a goal, shame it'll all be a waste... eventually... I think...". There are better things for my health than United, but none except my girlfriend can rival the ups I get. :D

haha !

was at the pub today ....i got tons of joy watching all the "chelsea fans" walk out after rooney put the 3rd in...asked them all where you going they had no answer :D

i saw that with my uni, all the chelsea fans watched our match instead of theirs. what kind of eff'd up fan watches their rivals instead of their own team, when they have the opportunity to watch their own team at the same time?

Horrible innit? I usually can stomach watching these matches with big groups of people. I was watching the Milan match with 4 Liverpool fans, 1 Arsenal fan, and one Brazilian guy who really just drifts from team to team (though he's not a gloryhunter... he was claiming as early as July that United would win the league, and kind of 'adopted' us for the season).

Yeah the people I watch matches with are sort of a mix... two United, two Arsenal, occasionally a Chelsea guy. No one really annoying or anything though. Personally I find it easier to watch with other people as well, even if we lose to their team. Dealing with a disappointing loss alone is a recipe for some serious drinking.

Losing the league this year would have been the worst thing ever in my time as a United fan though for the pure fact that we have defied everybody all season and been on top since August. To drop it in the last 3-4 games would have just been unthinkable.

Agreed. To lose it at this point after playing this well for this long and being on this rollercoaster... ugh. I don't even like to think about it. And yet for about 30 minutes today, we had our lead reduced to nothing but goal differential. Horrible.

Thank God for United. :)

For some reason I just knew Rooney would score and we would win. Delighted with the result. This side refuses to give in. :D

Rooney's little Ronaldo impression towards the end of 90 was fantastic as well.

and so happy for Eagles to get a goal... i thought his legs were about to buckle underneath him though but then he struck it with pure class.

Ronaldo should have had one and it is a pity he didn't.

Consider yourself lucky... after Kaka's second I literally got physically piled on by the Liverpool bunch (one is a basketball player, nad the other earned the nickname Shrek from the fact that he is about 6'5, 260 or thereabouts. Gentle giant but absolutely HUGE guy). The nearest one to me regretted it at full time though. :p
