Does anyone know if the Premier League's Charity Shield is going to be shown live here in the states on Fox Sports World or ppv or anything?

Not sure why the name change avoids these issues, but presumably by removing the word 'charity' from the name of the event it avoids the FA having to predetermine what percentage of receipts actually end up going to charities. As far as I know, money is still going to be distributed to charities just as before.
