Considering the website says Celtic had a 2-1 victory over Kilmarnock at home - i wouldn't put too much stock into it.
Naka may leave, but i would only expect it to happen if a Prem team came in with enough money.

Shunsuke Nakamura, revealed as Scottish Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year on Sunday, intends staying with Celtic next season.
There has been speculation that the midfielder, whose goal clinched the title on Sunday, will quit this summer. But he said: "I'll definitely be at Celtic Park next season, hopefully to lift my third championship in a row. "It has been a good season, playing well in the Champions League and we've won the league again."

I don't now that that means that haven't been effective this season, which means that you haven't been watching at all, or they are leaving next season, which is it?
