I cant say England as I live and was born in England and love this country still.
Cant really Brazil as They are my second possible fav team.
Mine is Germany as they denied us in 1990 with their swan lake performance and beat us in the WC just gone and they were racist from what I heard afterwards as well

you should have put Chile instead. Not much a football rivalry (we always beat them) but the nations hate each other

It has to be Brazil and England. Brazil obviously because they are neighbours and history and England because of 1966, the Malvinas and 1986.

1) Brazil. They are our neighbors and we have to admit that they are good. We have to beat them to be the best.
2) Uruguay. Closest neighbor and a long history going back to the dawn of international football.
3) England. Biggest Euro rival because of historical issues unrelated to football, and of World Cup incidents over the years.
