Hi im looking at buying a new kit for my daughters team, they have a Stanno kit at the moment which has lasted really well but is quite heavy and hot to wear. I purchased a Puma V5 kit for my youngest daughters team last year with the official Puma numbers and it looks the dogs, but im not sure about the durability (infact the socks are really rubbish).

I have priced up an Adidas kit but its quite expensive if it doesnt last well.

What make of kit does your team play in and whats it like for comfort, quality etc?

BTW im uk based.

We have a ProStar kit. It is good VFM, lasts well, is good during hot and cold weather and I quite like it. We have had adidas and Nike kits in the past and this one we have at the moment is my personal favourite. They have a wide range as well.

If you want to get a kit, a good place to try is www.discountfootballkits.com - we got a kit from here and they are friendly and offer quick delivery.

From past experience you will find that the kids will either want a Nike or Adidas kit. I used to help coach a team with a prostar kit and they didnt want it. They wanted Nike or Adidas. Why don't you get some pictures of kits and ask the girls which they would like?

JJB still do a good range i think. But im sure its mainly patrick. I know that Prodirect sell kits too. Just depends on how much you want to spend.

thanks for the replies, I will most likley use www.3qsports.co.uk , their site is awful but the're only 45 mins away and cheaper than anyone ive used so far also they use the proper numbers. Im really moving towards either the Adidas Tabela or Puma V5.06 as they both come in at around the £400 mark.

I was just about to say 'awesome' until I read the 2nd paragraph. As much as I would dream of actually wearing even a fake Arsenal kit in matches, I would NOT wear a Man Utd shirt!

yeah, many hispanic places here sell fake uniforms for all kinds of teams...and most of the time they are cheaper than name brand uniforms, and in my opinion they look better

if i was getting kits for my team, i'd go with them

This is our teams kit. For some reason this photo makes it look very bright compared to what it is like!

Well my team name is Manchester United. We have the red Home Jerseys that say Vodafone on it. But for the rest of the season we're going to be wearing the White Away AIG Shirt. We use the White jersey, black shorts, white socks. Luckily my shirt says Ronaldo 7 on it. And I have the Red/White Vapor IIIs to match it.
