Ok. Somebody in Salt Lake tell me this is nothing to worry about.

Nothing to worry about. Checketts just wants to make sure the plan is "viable" and that it "makes economic sense for the taxpayers" before he spends his own money. You know...what they did to him when funding the stadium. :)

I swear - MoJo must think he is playing fantasty soccer or is a daytrader on Wall Street. He never stops tinkering to let the team settle to see if they gel - no team will ever win with him as head coach.

i wonder what that locker room's mood is like right now.

this kind of crap certainly cannot do wonders for morale, as well.

Ever think maybe Mulrooney wasn't too happy with life on the north side of the border?

...as Ives (http://http://njmg.typepad.com/sbi/2007/04/richard_mulroon.html) alludes to

Ooh. I'm scared. Nearly every MLS team has ONE 'star' international.

And this compares to the NASL (which had, at its peak, 24 teams full of internationals, and included the Cosmos, which had a dozen or so huge international stars) how?

Puhleez.

They've played exactly 2 games in their history...locker room morale is not high on their list.

I'd say Mo made a good choice. If Mulrooney didn't want to be in Canada, then send him away...makes sense to me, even if it doesn't to you.

its not this one move i'm referring to. its the entire revolving door that is worrisome.

and if you want to underestimate the importance of a good locker room, then fine. i suggest you watch west ham play some this year...
