...but I don't want to pay 200 bucks for it. Anyway I can get one with controller and soccer game for like 150 or less?

Sorry dude, I looked all over the internet for a cheap X Box, and at places like half.com there are some for like $160.00 used. I ended up buying a refurbished X Box from ebgames for $180.00.

I got one and you can't have it.
No good soccer games though yet. Halo rocks, and Stuntman is awesome also.

I'm getting hooked up, by a Crew fan...no less.
I wouldn't want one from you anyway, Stogey...the thing probably has man-juice on it!

Extratime is out for XBOX - so is Fifa WC 2002. I just got my XBOX - $285 w/ Game, xtra controler and DVD kit - not bad package.

You don't want an X-box.
You want a Playstation2. More games. Network play coming later this month.
But if you really wish to support the evil Bill Gates Empire, I would suggest Ebay.

network play is coming soon to xbox too. plsu they already have network play on xbox thru some website if you hook the ethernet up to a computer.
but for the ps2 to go online you need to buy some extra hardware, for the xbox you just need a simple kit and it gives you a years worth of gaming for free when you buy the kit.
the xbox also has a 8 gig hardrive so you don't need memory cards.
Plau I played fifa world cup on both systems and the ps2 version looks dull compared to the brilliant graphics of the xbox.
it's just a more powerful machine.
but i have the gamecube. i am poor, and i am happy with it.

But in order to play Xbox online you must have broadband, which is more expensive than just using a 56K modem on the PS2.
Just wondering, what games for Xbox are going to be available to play online?

There are a great many online games planned for XBOX. Go to www.xbox.com and look for info on XBOX live.
Broadband is pretty much the only way to do online games.

Well, I've played that 007 at Best Buy on the Gamecube. Graphics are good I guess, but nothing better than what PS2 or X-Box has to offer. Plus I hate the controller for GC. Can't stand it.

Can you explain what the DVD kit is for X-Box? I didn't even know they had something like that.

N64 controller is terrible. Stupid little C buttons are so close together. Playing World Cup 98 is a chore with the stupid controller alignment.

i shouldn't have seen X-box graphics before buying PS2. x-box has better graphics. ps2 has better library. i chose the later but also want the former. anybody played FF10 already? i am planning to buy it but wondering if i should wait until the price down to $19.99.

it took me some time to get used to it. the 3-d lever was the toughest to learn.

Yeah, I'm banking on Xbox coming out with more killer titles that I won't have to worry about what the other 2 are doing.
