SO who do you reckon are the best un-discovered players? The one's not in the limelight but doing very well for their clubs and deserve the chance to move to a higher level???

Daniel Bogdanovic in Malta is one such player, top goalscorer for last 2 seasons, had a great career and has the talent to play at a higher level for sure.

Any other suggestions?

What I mean by un-discovered is the players who arent in the major European Leagues yet have the ability to play at a much higher level.

The ones who dont get the media coverage.

Jorge Valdivia from Palmeiras, Best player from Brasileirao last month.

And going by your example of choosing someone because of goals, then

Humberto Suazo. World Top Scorer last year, Copa Sudamericana 2006 Top Scorer, Chilean League 2006 top scorer and right now is top scorer for Chilean league again.

Stop being so biased. Valdivia is a quality player as is Suazo. Chile is loaded with talent right now.

Yet we still suck.....
If i was biased i would choose more than 2 players. There are a couple more will that play in major leagues next tranfer season
Iturra (on process on getting bought most likely to a first division la liga team)
Waldo Ponce (already bought by Espanyol),
Riffo
Vidal (scouted by Villarreal and some italian Team)
Vidangossy(already bought by Villarreal)
Alexis Sanchez (already bought by Udinesse)
Most (expect 1) will leave next transfer season

BUT only Valdivia and Vidal i think would be good enough to play in a big club, the rest just mid-table teams.

Well Gonzalez is at Liverpool, but he hasn't been having a good season. And I really think that Valdivia can be a star.

yeah i agree he is having a bad season but honestly, most players do have bad first seasons in the EPL, add to the fact that he is the youngest one in the team with only 21 years.

Valdivia isn't the best player of the Brasileirão. The league hasn't even started. He has been playing well in the PAULISTA(São Paulo) league, but I am not sure he is even the best player there. Santos is playing in that competition and they just so happen to have someone named Zé Roberto.

So is Valdivia at least in the top 10 in terms of the best players in the Paulista?

I've been hearing good things about Valdivia also. Although the major issue is that he is considered a bit light weight for maybe the EPL or Serie A.

Any Columbian youngsters coming through??? Its about time a player came through from that country.

I also hear that Hungary is full of good promising youngsters now.

Valdivia's game is about flair and dribbling through players to find that killer pass. To be honest, I am quite surprised he's done so well in such a competitive environment like Brazil.

Lightweight for the EPL? Well, yes, considering it's a rather physical league. His style does not suit that of English soccer, but he could definitely have an impact in Serie A or La Liga (probably his best two options right now).

Krisztián Nemeth (FW 5/1/89) & Andras Simon FW 30/3/90) bought by Liverpool.
Balázs Farkas (FW 24/4/88) - Playing for Dynamo Kiev, named the next Shevchenko?

From brazilian league (assuming that brasileirăo isnt an "european top league", even being a top league)

Arouca - Fluminense - a incredible defensive midfielder, could play in right/wing back and as right midfielder.

Marcos Aurélio Santos - An incredible second striker, very skilled

Carlos Eduardo Gręmio - This guy is from the same team of anderson and ronaldinho gaucho and play in similar position.

Diego Cavalieri Palmeiras - One of the best sub-23 keepers in the world

Zé Roberto Botafogo - A great playmaker and very skilled dribbler, but have some personal problems.

Bruno Flamengo - A great keeper too.
