Ticket Info for Metros at LA -- Aug 16th

Metros at Galaxy, Aug 16th - 7pm PST .... 10 pm EST
Home Depot Center

For those of you going to the game or interested in going to the game, here are the details for a Metros supporter section.

We will be getting the group rate of $22 a ticket.
We will be in either Section 126 or 127.
Right now they are holding 25-30 seats for us. That seems like that would be enough for the people going from NY Metro area and for the Metro fans out west.

I'll need to start collecting the money to get the tickets,

The deadline to get me the money will be Friday July 11th. I need to let the Galaxy know how many tix we will need.

Has anybody seen any GREAT air fares to L.A., this sounds way to cool to pass up. i'm trying
www.travelocity.com with cheapo hotels. found perfect flight for $325 round trip. ( no hotel yet)leaves newark fri aug. 15 ,3 pm - return sun @ midnight. who's in or does anyone have another idea ?

Spirit air...I don't know how good they are...has a flight for 250. continental and american have 300 on sunday and 275 on monday

On travelocity.com....$215 round trip from L.I. MacArthur to LAX on Delta Airlines....I highly DOUBT you will find something cheaper than this. Leave Friday afternoon....fly overnight returning Monday Morning.

I was there on Saturday... and I am hoping to be there with all of you on the 16th. Place is awesome. It was a great atmosphere and a true testament to soccer.

I got $200 R/T w/ taxes from PHX to NY in 9/2001, and $35/night at the Secaucus AmeriSuites for 9 nights (ended up 10 courtesy of WTC).

Oh yeah do come, the HDC really does rock. And they do sell tickets at the other end (118-125).
