I've heard that Georgios Samaras has been linked as well. You might as well keep Hashemian :eek:, he's shit.
Michael Bradley...think you guys can forget about him, think he's going to join us (Everton)
Andreas Ivanschitz...I hate him, he's a traitor, and not even that good.
Yes, those names were mentioned weeks ago but Hochstätter already said that he considers Ivanschitz too slow and Bradley too good.
I really love Ben-Hatira's game but I doubt 96 would trust him enough to make him a starter but who knows...

Hamburg have a glut of very good young strikers (Kucukovic is still there right?, Christanus, that other African lad, and someone else). Would be a good loan move I think though, Hamburg might yet still have to decide who is the best among them.

He's a 10, not a forward. And Kucukovic is at 1860 now.
They do have a lot of forwards though with Choupo-Moting, Christantus, Zimmermann, Sam (who may be a also more of a midfielder) and Hennings out on loan at Osnabrück.
For the young guys it will be hard to break into the first team at a club like Hamburg.
I'm totally against a loan, don't think that would be a good thing for 96.

Kucukovic is at 1860 now.
And he sucks......
He lloked like a monster (and I mean that in a good way) when he was 17.
Some 96 news:
* 96 II lost again against a team way below them in the table and it looks like they really
might not make the new Oberliga which would be a catastrophe and I think the only BL1 team.
* Bruggink and Balitsch are out for the Frankfurt game :)
So I hope for this:
-----------------------Enke----------------------------
Cherundolo-----Ismael---------Vinicius-------Rausch
Pinto----Lala (would prefer B. Schulz but that's not realistic)-----Schulz-----Huszti------------------------
--------------------------------Stajner----------------------
---------------------------------Hanke-----------------------
Well, Rausch will not play because he'll play for 96 II. :(
Because of the fact that they suck so much every player that is not a definite starter and possible sub will have to play for 96 II against Cloppenburg on saturday and 96 will only have 5 players on the bench in Frankfurt.

woot we eventually won a match
Hashemian set to leave Hanover 96
tribalfootball.com - April 12, 2008
Iran striker Vahid Hashemian will depart Bundesliga club Hanover 96 after his contract expires at the end of the season according to reports in Germany.
The 31 year-old joined the club in 2005 and is finding starting time hard to come by.
"One cannot be satisfied if you only come into the game as a substitute," Hashemian was quoted as saying by Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung.
"But there will be better times: a new club and a new chance," he added.
Also does anyone know if Nikita Rukavitsa(spelling) went with his trial.
woot we eventually won a match
Indeed. I was not in the stadium so of course they won.
Enke was spectacular, I wonder if kicker will still rate him 2,5 or 3. :rolleyes:
Imo it was a clear 1,5.
Hashemian was not really what we expected of him, 9 goals and 11 asists in 75 games is quite disappointing but it was worth a try.
Hashemian was always nice to the fans and never really complained. I wish him well, wherever he might end up, a return to Bochum could work well, forwards seem to do well there.
Also does anyone know if Nikita Rukavitsa(spelling) went with his trial.
According to Hecking they don't think he would be Bundesliga material (yet) so they will not try to sign him.
Taking it then that Zizzo isn't taking the Oberliga by storm...
Apparently he can run really fast. :D
Apparently we're interested in Gladbachs Polanski and already submitted an offer to him.
Getafe is said to have offered 250.000 (after tax) more though.
I'm not surprised because Hecking loves players like him but seriously, we have more than enough #6 already.
He's not exactly the type of creative midfielder I hope for.

Is Pinto trying to set a new record in suspension days in one BL season? He got a 5 matches suspension today and that makes 9 games total this season. Hecking was talking about consequences and will have a talk with Hochstätter and Kind before the Pinto verdict is out.
Could this be the end for Pinto in H96? Maybe they'll go easy on him and give him a fine, but considering it's the 2nd stupid red in relative short time, it could be a farewell at the end of the season.
I
Could this be the end for Pinto in H96?
God I hope so.
Never liked him but I don't know how 96 can get rid of him, he's still under contract.

Offer him to some suckers like Borussia Dortmund.
What can it hurt? My idiots paid 5M for Nelson Valdez! LOL!! :D

Only difference is that at the time Valdez was worth roughly the amount that you paid for him, few people could have guessed that he would turn out to be so shit. Just an unlucky move, rather than a purely bad one.
If anyone is to at fault i'd say it was your manager for giving him so many games despite the fact that he is clearly not up to the task at BVB.
Yes, those names were mentioned weeks ago but Hochstätter already said that he considers Ivanschitz too slow and Bradley too good.
Sorry, was wrong about the Ivanschitz quote.
Hochstätter said Da Silva was too slow, not Ivanschitz.
Apparently they are still very interested in him.
Players 96 are interested in and how I feel about them:
* Ivanschitz +
* Owomoyela +
* Polanski +/-
* Ben Hatira +
* Schlaudraff + (even though I expect him to go to a big club, maybe Schalke)
* Vyntra -
* the Poles (no idea since I know nothing about them)

Congrats on the deserved victory guys. No complaints or excuses from me as usual.
I loved when your fans chanted, "Berlin, Berlin, was wollt ihr in Berlin?!"
F#cking classic!! :D

Yeah, that was great, was happy for the loyal fans who made the trip.
Pinto was suspended 5 games for his stupidity against Frankfurt and today 96 did suspend for a 6th day.
Love that decision, it seems they don't want to see him again this season either, who can blame them.
Looking good at the Schlaudraff front and thank god local paper NEUE PRESSE didn't say "He's coming for sure" yet because everytime they did it in the past the player always decided to go somewhere else in the end.
Dortmund IS playing in the UEFA cup next season so that could be a factor pro Dortmund and I think every player kinda dreams about playing in front of the Südtribüne so I'm not convinced yet that he'll chose us.
Talks with Huszti are not progressing and I'm pretty sure he's gone. Hope we'll at least get decent money for him (3-4m €).
Ah, and almost forgot, Hanke insits that he scored the first goal in Dortmund and not Bruggink.
I can't really tell from the tv pictures.
