What are the teams do you support other than Real Madrid?Though not as much as Real Madrid but at some team you always hope it wins?
For me it is Chelsea..It always comforts me when Real madrid is not winning..Though another reason i like it is because of Jose Mourinho..He is one of the reason i see Football..I know there are many who will way disagree at this point but thats the way iam. I feel Jose Mournho is the prime example hoe a coach of modern football be.Using media to his advantage and playing mind games with his rival coaches and not getting flustered with all the pressures of modern day football [ always as cool as a cucumber]..
I hope you get the reason why this thread is created .What teams do you like otehr than Real Madrid and why???

The first team I ever supported was Juve. They were my first love until a few years back when I just lost interest in Calcio. I found Real to be much more exiting and my when my heart races for a team, I know that Im supporting the right team. But Im still a huge Juve and DelPiero fan. I hate Italy tho.

I've always had a soft spot for Barcelona, Atletico Madrid, Athletic Bilbao and Valencia!:D
No other team. I think it would be too hard to support 2 teams. It would be hard to keep up with other teams ongoings considering the drama surrounding Real Madrid.

Mainly just Inter for me, I will be the firts to admit they have been a frustrating team to follow (much like our current one!) over the years, but none the less it's just part of being a football fan.
Don't really care about the EPL I must be the only football fan in Australia who doesn't support a English team, I guess I don't mid Liverpool because of Rafa, Luis Garcia and Harry Kewell and Newcaslte has a few good players including ex Interista Obafemi Martins. (who never should of been sold IMO)
In la liga I have a bit of a soft spot for Valenica, as you can probably tell by my frequent postings on their board.

I also have a very very very soft spot for the team playing Far$a that matchday. :D
No, but seriously, I am as much an anti-Far$a fan as I am a Madridista. See my sig. :D I dont know, really, I think its a disease. My heart rushes for other teams that play Far$a.

For me its Madrid above all else... The closest thing I have to a second team is Liverpool because my Uncle and cousins root for them.
There are teams I enjoy watching, Manchester United has been a joy to watch as well as Tottenham.
I will also support any Spanish team in European competition with the exception of Barca.
As for other teams I hate: Bayern and Arsenal are two teams I cannot stand as well as most Italian teams with particular emphasis on Juve, Inter Milan, and AC Milan.

I enjoy watching other teams that actually function as a team.
I will watch Chelsea every chance I get. This season, they are an intriguing story: competing and playing hard despite some of their players being seriously injured. Jose's press conferences are always entertaining. Drogba is a joy to watch this season. Other strikers may bag as many goals, but he has much more skill to offer the team in assists, passes, and defending. It's the team's attitude that attracts me the most: they never give up until the final whistle blows. That's the recipe for success. Michael Essien is another player destined for greatness, IMO. The only player on the team that I cringe just thinking about is Robben and his constant whining.
I have been following Middlesbrough this season, at first simply because I was curious how Jonathan Woodgate would do given the chance to play. They are an interesting mix of old and young players, a ex-player coach in his first season (with a bit of controversy!), and although their results haven't been stellar they are much better than I thought they'd be this year.
I actually watched an MLS game last night: DC United v KC Wizards. It didn't convince me to be a fan. Let me say something, though: I noticed players rarely went to ground. No feigning injuries at the slightest touch, but also no defensive sliding tackles to speak of. In fact, to me there wasn't much defending period. It was like one team had the ball on attack, lost the ball, the other team attacked, lost the ball, etc. It was a different style of game, but I can't say that I enjoyed it.

You've summed up how I feel about them... So freaking overrated and this buisness with their 'youth policy'. Its not like they develop any players within their reserve teams... No, instead what they do is let another team do that for them and then they but a teenager for 5 million quid. Also, I think its a disgrace that Theo Walcott is the only Englishman in the squad.

I don't really support any other team but there are a few teams i like but i usually like these teams based on the players they have more than anything. I used to really like Perugia back when Cosmi was manager, and i was ecstatic when he signed Ravenelli :p i just like Cosmi and i sorta try and follow (result wise) how his teams are doing, but i haven't had the time to follow Brescia's results much.
I also like Tottenham, Bolton and recently Reading from England but i may stop liking them over nothing they're just just teams I want to do well. Tottenham because i really like their line up, Bolton cause of Campo, and Reading im not sure why but i just do :p

You like Chelsea (who play the ugliest football in the Premiership) and hate Arsenal (who play the best)? I presume you are from Chelsea then? If not, why do you watch football?

I agree that Arsenal when in flow are the best in football. Period..There can be no team as venomous and as dangerous..But whats the use when you cant produce results? ...Whats the use when you get beaten by Mid table teams just about every time?Whats the use of not learning mistakes from getting eliminated from competitions by teams like PSV who have already done it before?
When this happens-- The Proff as thats what he is called keeps cringing about the referres, about other teams .Complaining about the money others receive when the real fault lies with their players...
People have a reason for their own inferences..They just dont make them up////

No, he's more like the American Dinho. He is more of a footballer than an icon. The American Becks is.... wait, there are no sexy supermodel players on the USMNT. The American Cassano is Clint Mathis tho, my all time favorite American footballer.

Lol, so it's just Mourinho you hate, eh?
Chelsea don't play the ugliest football, and if you say that you must haven't seen Liverpool or any of the other teams besides Man U and Arsenal.
