Hey i need help. My dominant foot (right) is so much more trained than my left. I need to know an excerise, drill, anything to gain more balance and strength to even my legs out. Any help is always welcome. Thanks

i'd say just keep it simple. no special drills, just start using your other foot more with whatever your doing. if you're doing drills or juggling or shooting, you might use your left exclusively for a period. or concentrate on using your left more by, for example, using your left twice and then your right once, and so on. to the extent you really have an imbalance between them, you probably developed it by using the right more over the years. use the left more and it will eventually catch up. and that's probably a safer way to correct it than trying to do weights or something to balance it out.
separate from strength, it will make you a better player. one of the better players i had a few years ago had a bad bruise on his right foot when he was 10. he was able to run, but it really hurt to kick, so, he learned to use his left. several years later he still favors his dominant right foot, but his left isn't far behind.
good luck.

I had the same thing. My right foot was very well trained and my left was useless for everything except running. I started to play indoor soccer and was forced to learn to use my left foot. So I started walking around the house with a ball while using my left foot as much as possible. After a while I noticed that I was using my left foot without thinking about it in games. I also did a lot of juggling using both feet and that helped. Since then I have been using my left foot quite a bit and it's about 70% as good as my right foot.
Sorry about the whole story lol but hopefully it helps.

My left foot sucks too. I'm not sure what I do that makes kicking feel so weird. Plenty of people advocate kicking against a wall. That will let you practice trapping the ball with left and kicking over and over again. Now if I could only find more time to do that....

Just use your left foot all the time and it will get better. That's what I did, and now my left is pretty good.
