You'll never need another browser again (http://www.opera.com/index.dml)

Oscar, lets say I want to keep my IE, can I get Opera and Firefox, with all three working without having a effect on each other?

Also how much space will Opera take? Firefox?

I use Opera sometimes on my phone and it's alright, so I guess it should be decent on my laptop.

You can use all three browsers on the same system.

Used to be the case on this computer as well before it was all mine.....all mine and mine alone bwahahaha!....anyway...yes, you can install all 3 without a problem.

The speed dial option is too cool.

Looking at the map in program files, it need around 50+ mb

What can you "Opera" do that my "Firefox" can't ?

At the moment: look like THIS (http://home.casema.nl/vazquez/Opera.JPG)

Plus the way it looks is perfect with the panels. I've tried the emulating panel on Firefox, but it just looks off in comparison.

I'm feeling my age right now. Saw the title of this thread and thought "Wow, somebody else likes opera besides me!".......the musical variety, that is.

What is speed dial?

See the picture I uploaded, you can put any site you want in those squares. Then you can instantly see if it's updated or not, or just have your favourite sites a click away. It's like bookmarks but different, sort of bookmarks and saved sessions in one. More visually enticing as well.

Good info.

I download it later this week when I feel like messing with it.

Seriously, is it so much better than firefox ?

Basically it's the same thing, because you can bet somebody will make a speeddial thingie (forgot what they call those things users make) for Firefox in the near future.

The differences is the look, which is more pleasing to me. The customations of the panels and toolbars in my opinion is better (which also goes with the look I guess) because I can't make Firefox look the same like I have Opera set up now, it's safer (yes, it's a fact (http://www.opera.com/products/desktop/switch/) not an opinion :p )

So either way you got a good browser and don't really need to change to another of the two........it's just when you have Opera you rule, and when you have Firefox you drool. :D

Hey MD, noticed you passed Go and have Collected 2000 posts, putting a nice + under your name. Congrats, I thinks. :p

PS - I love the opera too, go to a couple of them a year.
