My son can get extra credit if he brings a flag, poster, etc. with a Latin phrase in to his Latin teacher to hang on the classroom wall. I thought a team banner or something with a Latin phrase would be a kind of cool thing for him to bring in. Any teams you know of that might have Latin in a product I could buy?

Thanks.

Cool. Thanks. I tried to order an Everton flag, but their web site keeps telling me to enter my phone numbers, even though I've done that. I've sent customer service an email.

I've had problems ordering from the Everton website too. It's just awful.

If you can't get it online, let me know and I'll get you in touch with my friend Stuey. He can get you whatever you want.

I thought I had the problem solved. The Big Soccer store has a poster of the crest, but it's out of stock - had to go through the full order process to get that info, though.

Arsenal until they had to change for trademark reasons. It said "Victoria Concordia Crescit" (Victory through harmony). Spurs used to have "Audere est facere" (To dare is to do), and Queen's Park who have "Ludere causa ludendi" (To play for the sake of playing).

Hmm...I wonder if my Arsenal fan friend has any of that stuff laying around the house. I doubt he'd be willing to part with it if he does.
