...set for Sevilla return! (http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx?hlid=459654&CPID=8&clid=6&lid=&title=King+set+for+Sevilla+return&channel=&)
Fantastic news!
I assume he will be paired with Dawson, simply because when they are both on their game, it is a thing of beauty to watch. But I know that Dawson has been run ragged this season, and I would not be surprised to see Rocha paired with Ledders.

I'd be astonished to see Rocha paired with King ;)

Great, great news. Let's hope he's match fit, though, and won't have too much adjustment getting back into the swing of things.

Thanks...I didn't even think about that.
But it would be amazing to see anyways.

It can't be worse than Chimbonda at CB w/ Salty and who knows with Lee hurt. There really was no choice, so let's hope he wasn't rushed back (though Jol said time and again he wasn't going to rush him back).
With a healthy Ledley, a Berbs on fire and Robbo (hopefully) finding his game I'm not counting Spurs out for the 5th spot. Even then, who knows with RVP and Henry out.
Regardless, thanks for the update I hadn't heard a confirmation on Ledley, just all of us speculating. Cheers.

Not so great news.
But hey, what is a season without Ledders missing some time?

They are more concerned with Lennon's injury. It's several weeks before August 11th, he'll be fine.

Well then that bodes ill for Aaron, cause its pretty concerning that Ledders has done his knee AGAIN...
This man didn't have an injury I can remember until late 2005, and since he hasn't been able to play more than 2 or 3 months without missing twice that time. What in the world happened to him? Stop drinking milk? Stand too close to Jonathan Woodgate?

It's not so much 'again', it's related to the previous injury. He needed an op but came back to help Spurs, then it flared up again while on England duty and now needs the op for sure.

I suppose it's better for Ledley to go under the knife now so he can be back for the start of next season.

Is it? I thought he was kept out last season through two injuries to his feet (one on each foot). But I also seem to remember a knee injury back there somewhere (maybe last summer, or was that a groin problem?), so maybe that's what you're talking about.
Frankly, I think it's about that time for Ledley. Most players need some sort of knee surgery at one point in their careers. Most make a full recovery, although some lose a bit of pace. I've no doubt that our Ledders will recover, but let's just hope that it'll be in time for the start of the season and that he can do so without losing his turbo boots.

Last I heard regarding his injury was that there was a knee injury that effected how he ran resulting in a foot injury. Like when you sleep in an awkward position and your neck hurts when the real problem is somewhere in your back.
Now the foot one has cleared up, hopefully, they can treat the cause.
Or maybe that's a load of rubbish. Just the assumption i was under.

I just hope he returns in time and isn't out for 60% of the season.
Kaboul will sign within the next 2 weeks according to THBN (http://tottenhamhotspur.blogspot.com)

This is just some specualtion I heard on it but some say he could be out for the begining of the season. Hope that is not the case but with all the new defenders I don't feel as worried. But still you can't replace Ledley.

The Official Site has him injured and may miss the beginning of the season, the first 1 or 2 games anyway. Hopefully not, depends how he reacts to treatment. Better at the beginning than at christmas or easter or the end.
