Sepp Blatter is running unopposed for the FIFA presidency (not unlike how Warner is running unopposed for CONCACAF's...)
Well, someone posted this elsewhere, but these are the countries that voted for Blatter:
http://www.fifa.com/documents/fifa/events/Election2007.pdf
CONCACAF is the only continent with over half of its nations "supporting" Blatter, with a disgusting 27 out of 35.
Hmmm... I wonder why...
I didn't take time to go through and see which 8 were brave enough to stand up to this, but I did notice Costa Rica is not on the list. Props to the ticos.
*edit: Alright I looked a little longer and here are the 8 who did not vote for Blatter:
Aruba
Belize
Canada
Costa Rica
Cuba
Dominica
Puerto Rico
St. Vincent/Grenadines
