Don't laugh, but you can really improve your jumping by playing a lot of basketball, preferrably in some park or something where fouls aren't called much and you have guys hanging all over you when you're trying to go up. It may sound funny, but way back in my high school days, I weent from barely being able to sniff the rim with a running statrt to being able to hop up with no run at all and dunk. That's a pretty dramatic improvement in leaping in a fairly short time. It may not exactly be soccer-specific, but it's more natural than just weights and targeted exercises. It'll also help you fighting for crosses in a crowd if you get into the rebounding part of the game, and you put in a lot of running that will help your general fitness.

Hi Norman,
Hope you are doing great. Probbaly the best way to increase your vertical leap, is plyometric training. I talk a lot about it at Keeper Skool. I've actually written a book about goalkeeping which includes a section dedicated to plyometrics.
If you are also interested in enhancing your technique, I've created a free 10 week course you can access here:
10 Weeks To Goalkeeper Success (http://www.keeper-skool.com/goalkeeper-success-report)
Come by the site, we always have plenty of new insights on how goalkeepers can enhance their game.
God Bless,
John.

Plyometrics is the best way for you. It'll improve jump height and explosiveness of the jump. But that will be useless if you don't have a good reaction time. But improve your reaction time with this little website. (http://www.fetchfido.co.uk/games/reaction/reaction_test.htm)
Other than that for reaction time, just play skrimish games and make sure that team mates or the coach does shots on you. Good Luck. :D
