I don't think it'll happen before April 7th... But I hold out hope that it will happen sometime soon.

if it isn't part of garber's competitive initiatives, then i think we'll have to wait a whole year before we hear anything. i'll say sometime in the next off-season.
but i really hope it'll be part of his press conference on monday.

My guess is that he might mention progress on a Philly MLS project but will in no way outright say Philly is a go for 2009/2010.
Although I still think things are rapidly heading to a point, so something official being announced in 2007 is not out of this world.
