Anybody who's looking to upgrade their Beacon tickets might want to check TicketMonster this week. Here's what you can get for Wednesday:
SECTION ORCH, ROW H, SEATS 14 TO 16
ORCHESTRA
PRICE LEVEL 1
They don't suck. First night has row L seats. Roseland is still sold out.

It was a hit and run, the police are looking for four blokes in a mini cooper who were seen driving away from the crash scene with manic expressions on their faces.
Eye witnesses said that they heard the driver shout "Wankers" at the point of impact and that world music could be heard blasting out of the car stereo.

Philly, Boston also cancelled: CNN (http://www.cnn.com/2002/SHOWBIZ/Music/08/07/oasis.reut/index.html)
For now, NYC is still on but you never know. This is quickly becoming a Spinal Tap tour.

I saw that one coming a mile away...I'm not sure how badly these guys are really hurt, but it probably has more to do with "We can fly into New York a few days earlier and hang about with models and better quality coke"...

The boys will be fine and the tour will go on as planned. Oasis just has bad luck (some by their own doing) in the USA. The car that hit Noel and Andy's taxi was apparently driven by a freakin' cartoon who answers to the name Damon. Fuking sh!thead.
