Hello all -

Pablo Ricchetti is currently in Dallas, TX and may be joining MLS team FC Dallas, where our number one goalkeeper is Dario Sala.

I have not found much info on Ricchetti other than where he has played:

Quilmes (Argentina) 2006
Don't know team (Italy) 2004/5
Valladolid (Spain) 2001/4 G
Colón - Santa Fe (Argentina) 1999/2000
River Plate (Argentina) befor 1999

Played for Argentine Natl Olympic Qualifying Team in Jan 2000 vs Uraguay

Do you know anything about him?

bien, y tu?

Juan Carlos Toja is signed on the full roster! Playing in Ronnie O'Brien's old spot on the right.

Ricchetti will likely play midfield in a two-way role to link the ball to the offense (he has good passing skills from what I heard last night).

I met Juan (Toja) this evening - Dario Sala introduced him. Polite young man, a little shy.

My impression is that Toja is likely to start.

Go to www.3rddegree.net and read the practice report from Tuesday - some comments about both Toja and Ricchetti.

will you visit the colombian forum with some info on the former nat team player? Si, su puesto.

Update on Ricchetti:

Pablo has received his visa / work permit for the USA this past week! :D

He and his wife and 3 children arrived in Dallas this weekend. He will be eligible to play in the next game on May 12.
