We apologize once again for the delay, but the Final Bylaws (with many of your comments included, thank you) have been updated and are available for reading at our site (http://www.midnightriders.com).

Since this affects only the Midnight Riders, voting is ONLY open to members. We will be checking to make sure that everyone is a paid member for their vote to count.

The Midnight Riders Board honestly believes this step will help to not only ensure our growth, but also to make the group itself better suited for the future.

The email address to vote on the bylaws is available at the site as well. A simple "Yay" or "Nay" is all that's needed at this step of the process.

Please note, voting will close Sunday night at 11pm.

Thank you all for your patience through this process.

Just curious, what's the plan for applying for non-profit?

We have a member who's a lawyer and will help us with this step. We're hoping to have our non-profit status by the time of the Meet the Coach.

Cool. If the bus flips over in the way to the swamp, while I'm staring at my large instestine, I'll take solace in the fact that Monty can't get sued.;)
