Basically, I got my dad's genes for flexibility. :(
I'm not flexible at all as I can barely touch my toes. Also my groin seems to always be very tight and weak so I pull it a lot. I'm curious for some effective stretches for any part of the body really that I can do 1x or 2x a day. Also if you could include for how long that would be great!
I'm tired of not being flexible. I mainly need good groin stretches but I appreciate anything else. Thanks :D

I'm unflexible too, though I struggle mainly with my calves and hamstrings. I've been doing a normal stretch routine at least once a day and it seems to have helped a little bit. You just hafto be consistent and do them the right way. I'd also do thorough stretching not only before, but immediately after as well.

I have several comments. I've found that static stretching before playing rally doesn't help me. Someone else might have a different experience, but I;ve found that dynamic warmups and mobility drills have produced much better results.
If you pulll your groin frequently, there's a good change that there is another problem that your groin is overcompensating for. If you search for topics under hip flexor or hip mobility you can learn alot about the inter related function of the hips, glutes, and hamstrings.

be happy you can topuch your toes, i can't even reach my ankles, ever since i wassmall I've been the most unflexable guy in school.
