i did a really intense leg workout last night and my legs are completley dead.....i just found out today i have a game a little bit later tonight....any tips on how to loosen up or something haha i don't know what to do i can barely walk up stairs

If you have a foam roller, that's the best way to loosen up in a hurry. It hurts like heck the first time you use it but gets better.

A good, active warm up is probably your next best bet.
