I think it's a 50-50. It's all a matter of whether the team can continue to play with the verve that they've had since the winter break and whether one of the teams we're chasing hits a rough patch. I have a feeling it's going to come right down to the wire.
Ah, all cliches, I know, it's that kind of situation though.

It really is going to come down to the next four matches. Without going into each one in a list, we need to win at home and draw on the road.
I used the BBC's predictor and got us clear with only 38 points.
It can be done. And I believe it will be. Someone else is going to slide down here at the end of the season.

If I recall correctly, we play both Sheff U and Wigan at home. If we count those as wins (they need to be to realistically stay up) then we need to pickup only a couple more points over them in the other six matches. The way the team is playing, and our opponents remaining, I think there is more than a fair chance to stay up.
The key seems to be recovery form the latest injuries (Song and Ambrose in particular) and maintaining current form. The current break is at a good time.

I was listening to this one (home vs reading) on BBC London and the announcers had an interesting comment - considering the last two matches, it would have been better to have won one and lost one than to draw both (points-wise this is obvious) especially considering that the Addicks scored a grand total of 0 goals in these two.
Here's hoping that the blades and hammers draw on Saturday.......

Perhaps, but the fact that we haven't let in a goal in something like 5 games could end up helping us quite well, obviously if things get really close it could come down to goal difference!

An absolute mess today against Blackburn, it looked like. Amazing how, when they need to show up and do well, this team crumbles (this season). Very disappointed that this quality organization won't be in the Prem next season.
