To me: Villagra, Galvan, Ferrari (River Plate) Escudero, Zarate (Velez) Nery Cardozo, Palermo (Boca Juniors), Montenegro (Independiente) Lady Cat Fernandez (San Lorenzo)

I wouldn't include Villagra in that list: he might have been good in Central, but he's been sucking ass since he arrived in River.. The first three games he played (vs. Racing, Arsenal, and LDU) were HORRRRIIIIBBBLLEE.. He would often lose the ball causing counter attacks, and his defending was really bad.. Yesterday vs. Quilmes he still didn't impress me with his defending, but atleast he managed to do a few interesting things while attacking. I can't say he's a bad player, you have to give him time, but I definitely cannot say he is one of the best players this season..

Galvan, meanwhile, was great in Olimpo, Estudiantes, and with River this pre-season. During the season, though, he wasn't doing too great and that's why he hasn't been starting recently.

I would include Farias in that list. He didn't do good yesterday, but he is River's top goal scorer and has been important for the team so far. I also think Ponzio is doing good and is one of River's best players this season.

Another player that is doing good is Cardozo (Newell's). He scored two the other day and has been Newell's most dangerous player lately.

Others I would name: Rivas (River), Morel Rodriguez and Banegas (Boca), Cristian Ledesma (San Lorenzo), Nunez (Argentinos), Bolatti (Belgrano).

I take you mean the whole season, not just the Clausura 07. My list is:

Goallies: Carrizo (River), Andujar (Estudiantes), Montoya (Belgrano)

Defenders: Re (Newells), Ferrari (River), Alayes (Estudiantes), Morel (Boca)
Spolli (Newells), Lusenhoff (River), Bottinelli (SL), Pellerano (Velez), Pellegrino (Velez), Castiglione (Arsenal)

Midfielders: Pelletieri (Lanus), Aguirre (Lanus), Brana (Estudiantes), Bolatti (Belgrano), Sosa (Estudiantes), Leto (Lanus), Raymonda (Arsenal), Belluschi (River), Torresi (Godoy Cruz), Pellerano (Racing), Cabrera (Racing), Peralta (Newells),

Forwars: Palermo (Boca), Pavone and Calderon (Estudiantes), Obolo (Arsenal), Nunez (ARgentinos), Zarate (Velez), Lavezzi and Silvera (SL), Rolfi Montenegro (Independiente), Cardozo (Newells).

Well, that's basically the same list I would put if you count the 2006/2007 year.. I though he was referring to just the Clausura '07.

i could see Cardozo being left off, because he didn't stand out too much in the Apertura, but Cata was one of the best players

Not necesarily their debut, but two young players who have been impressive this year are Boca's Ever Banegas and Racing's Maximiliano Moralez.

Maxi Moralez aint that bad. In the future do you think he can be Nat'l team material?

IMO I think we have enough midgets.:p

He is very good, but as you say we are loaded at the 'skillfull midget attacking midfielder' position.

Damm, Banega plays quite well, of Boca I think he was definitely one of the best. Carrizo was also very solid in River, I still like Galvan, he is very secure. Belluschi ever since he became captain he plays worst every time.
