Rangers News:

According to the BBC, Dexter Blackstock and Martin Rowlands have hamstring problems and may miss out. Blackstock missed Tuesday's match after leaving last Saturday's match early. Rowlands left Tuesday's match in the 28th minute with injury.

Lee Camp and Adam Bolder are back in contention after having to miss Tuesday's match against Derby as a condition of their loan and sale, respectively.

The Opponent:

Leicester is neither truly in the hunt for the playoffs (17 points behind 6th) nor in too much worry about relegation (9 points and GD ahead of QPR).

They're in decent form, however, having only lost once in the last eight games (0-2 away at Crystal Palace). They had won three straight before getting three draws and a loss in their last four.

Previous Meeting:

The teams played to a 1-1 draw at Loftus Road in late October. Leicester took a lead in the 7th minute but the R's leveled through a second half penalty by Rowlands after Leicester defender Gareth McAuley was sent off with a straight red.

The Series:

QPR has a slilght lead in the series, 21-9-18, with a similarly slight lead in league play, 19-9-17.

The Relegation Battle:

18 Burnley 36 -3 41
19 Hull 38 -15 41
20 Barnsley 38 -21 41
21 Southend 38 -19 38
------
22 QPR 37 -16 37
23 Luton 38 -18 36
24 Leeds 38 -25 35

Burnley is losing at Preston, 0-1, with about a half an hour to go after a goal by PNE's Nugent in the 33rd minute.
Luton hosts Ipswich.
Leeds visits Southend in a massive match for both.
Hull City visits Sunderland.
Barnsley visits Coventry City.

Agyemang scored for Preston, so Burnely is now down 0-2 as the match nears its end.

The QPR lineup has been turned in -- neither Rowlands nor Blackstock are fit. Both Camp and Bolder return, taking the place of Royce and Lomas.

Starting XI: Camp; Mancienne, Cullip, Stewart, Bignot; Cook, Bolder, Idiakez, Ainsworth; Furlong, Nygaard.

Bench: Cole, Lomas, Kanyuka, Smith, Ray Jones.

It's full time at Preston. Burnley loses 0-2. While we have one game in hand over the others around us, Burnley had two (one in hand over us) and will again by the end of the day.

18 Burnley 37 -5 41
19 Hull 38 -15 41
20 Barnsley 38 -21 41
21 Southend 38 -19 38
------
22 QPR 37 -16 37
23 Luton 38 -18 36
24 Leeds 38 -25 35

Leicester's Nils-Eric Johansson gets a yellow for handball. Things have settled after we were under much pressure in the first 3-4 minutes.

Damion Stewart in the book with a yellow.

Southend leads Leeds 1-0. We probably want a draw there.

First corner of the day for the R's. Idiakez sends it over everyone in the box. Bolder keeps it for the R's, but we can't do anything with it.

Cullip now gets a yellow, too, based on a linesman's call. :(

Camp makes a good save from the free kick that came after Cullip's card. We're beginning to come under a bit more pressure and both center backs are now on cards.

Luton is now down 0-1 against Ipswich.

Coventry 3-0 against Barnsley.

Still 0-0 for the R's as we approach the half.

Trouble for the R's just now. Camp made one save and the R's later knocked it out for a corner. The R's defended the corner and knocked it out. A foul thrown on Leicester gave the ball back to the R's.

Good luck to the RRR's and bad karma to everyone else around us. I am now off to begin our move to our new house. Hopefully when I look at this tread later tonight it has good news for for us all.

Iain Hume gets a yellow as he and Cook went in for a ball.

Just a bit later, Bolder sent a ball into the area. It bobbled around for a bit. Nygaard shot wide from about 8 yards. Our best chance of the day.
