as I was about to PM GPK........
no TV, so will have to watch the game online. 8 a.m. is not the end of the world, thank God for the early clock change.
As for the game, we obviously should win, but you just never know. I just want to see a solid performances all around.

Damn, it's not showing on TV in Canada, time to watch online like Yasik. Hope Shevchenko is feeling better. Drogba should be benched, he looks like he's been injured for the past few games.

I got IO and It doesn't come with setanta. Oh well, on the internet I will watch. I'm going Chelsea 2-0 with goals from Robben and Drogba, provided they both play.

we just can't catch a break, where everyone is healthy enough to play. I do expect to see him againts Spurs on Monday.

you know, i see this as a break, he'll have missed 2 matches against teams where his inclusion is not critical and he'll have a had a week's rest ahead of a big cup replay.

The problems with dishes due to wind, rain, etc are a thing of the past. That was not always the case because when I first got DirecTV almost 10 years ago it would go out in questionable whether but in the last 5 years that must have done some kind of upgrade or something because it has never gone out in that time.

I had to sweep away snow 4 or 5 times this winter but other than that no problems even in our 60 mph wind a couple of weeks back(DISH though so no Setanta anyway, ITVN back to working mostly good though)

I just got Setanta through ITVN (www.itvn.com) Free hardware and it costs $14.95 p/mo for Setanta. Please note:
- You do not get Setanta Extra or PPV as far as I can tell.
- You need a really solid broadband connection
- Video isn't perfect, but it isn't bad, either
- ITVN box is pathetic. No USB, weak channel guide, bad remote.
But, if getting a dish is a pain for you and you need Setanta, it is a great option.
On another note, how about them Wanderers?

United demolishing Bolton. Yet again, we go into a league match with them having already won theirs:rolleyes:

I had my times mixed up and tuned in about 30 min late and it was 3-0. So much for that hope.
Oh well, we still need to take care of business. I imagine some guys will be rested unless needed. No reason to drop points to Sheffield. Need everyone healthy for Monday though.

4-0 now. I mean, did they honestly think they would score and somehow turn the tables? When will teams finally realize that they should go to Old Trafford playing for a point? Defensive football, depsite playing in the "Theatre of Dreams". Even after 4-0 Bolton are attacking with 4 men. Again Utd have failed to impress me. Haven't really created much through passing, just counterrattacking. The key is to not make a mistake (the same was said about us last season and the season before and coaches started playing ultra-defensive football against us). United gung ho steal the ball pass to Rooney and Ronaldo football is all well in good in the league with all the other teams cowering in fear, but in Europe that lack ideas when counterrattacking doesn't work. Against C.Ronaldo will be there key player against Roma, he will draw at least 2 or 3 players and he will be marked by Panucci (remember him ;)) leaving space to attack.

Interesting line-up I think a flat 4-4-2 like we played against Man City in the first game (an probably best in the league)
Cech
Boulah (for his height)
Carvahlo
Terry
A.Cole
SWP
Maka
Lamps
Robben
Kalou
Sheva
Bench: Carlo, Ferreira, Diarra, Ballack, Drogba
Let's see how this turns out. We surely have the speed to give them problems, let's see how we use it. We need to play at a very high tempo early to unsettle them and score early so that we can relax and play our normal game.
