What are the rules for accumulated Yellow Cards and suspensions for the CCC?

Obviously Ben and Brian and Josh (and ??) were in trouble with a Yellow Card in the first game - Are they still in trouble? - Or does suspension occur with 2 games in a row? - Or 2 in 3 games? - Or 2 in 4 games?

DC Yellow Cards
1) Olsen, Carroll, Gros, (?)
2) ??

Implications for Chivas game?

I have no proof, but I was always under the impression that 2 yellow cards bring a suspension for the following game .......... period ........... and then it is re-set.

I couldn't find anything definitive in the published regulations (http://www.concacaf.com/graphics/stats-regs/pdf/champions_cup_e.pdf) (pdf).

Only this:

VI. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
A. In cases of infringement of these Regulations or unsporting behavior on the part of the participating Teams, their players, officers and directors, or in any kind of incident, the CONCACAF’s Disciplinary Committee shall be empowered to:
1. Admonish, sanction, fine, suspend or disqualify players, referees, teams, team officials or coaches.
2. Take action in accordance with FIFA's Disciplinary Code against any person or National Association(s) which may violate the Competition Regulations, the Laws of the Game or the rules of Fair Play.
3. Prohibit violators from participating in a specific number of the CONCACAF-organized tournaments in which they might otherwise have participated.

and this:

The Disciplinary Committee may convene a personal hearing and will decide
the procedure to be followed. Decisions resulting from such hearing shall be
invalid if less than three members are present.

Nice open-ended language.

Actually, if you look I think there are 3 Republican governers in the history of Texas since reconstruction (5 if you count it). Bill Clements, W, and Rick Perry. Try again. A Republican South is a relatively new phenomenon. That means over 40 Democrats...
