Well, if you do, we'd like to point out that Quakes fans themselves put up the money for it...

Club Quake is planning to pay them back with the proceeds from the sale of Joe Cannon Championship Bobble Heads.

We'd like to encourage you to donate to a good cause and get a really cool collectible commemorating last year's championship season!

Buy bobbles!

Visit our website to order online, or save the shipping and stop by the club tailgate, outside the east entrance to Spartan, before Saturday's game. You can have a look here:

http://www.clubquake.org/merchandise.php

P.S. We also have Donovan Earthquakes bobbles and members of the MLS Strike Force.

Thanks and I promise not to spam anymore...

I followed your link but I do not see any other bobble heads besides that of Cannon, who I already have. Where can I find the bobbleheads for the Strike Force members?

Yes, I do like the "Big A** Quakes Flag!"

Oops, sorry. I haven't posted those pictures yet. Drop by our tailgate before Saturday's game.

We have Clint Mathis, Brian McBride, Cobi Jones, Josh Wolff, Carlos Valderama, and Landon (okay, technically a couple of those aren't in the strike force, but that's the set).

How much is each bobble head so I know how much dinero to bring? I'm interested in the McBride, Wolff, Jones and Mathis bobbles. Donovan I already own. Thanks.

will these fine productcs be available at the fire game on the 24th of July as well? Also, will my Clint Mathis bobblehead be in good condition or will it's knee keep snapping off?

The flag is great. Definitely contributes to the atmosphere.

Yes, I like it. I'll like it even more if you let me borrow it for a photoshoot when I'm up there. Think Maxim/Stuff style.

I'll bring what I can to the tailgate...

I love the BAQF mostly because it covers that eyesore they call the Casbah. Some things should be heard and not seen, kinda like Aretha Franklin. ;)

yeah how much for these bad boys? I need to know man! I want one of the Cobi ones to use as a lawn ornament, he'd be perfect with the garden gnomes and stuff....are they weatherproof? or will he get all musty and dank, just like in real life?

I believe they will be $15 plus tax ($16.25 total).

Update: we won't have the LD ones. You'll have to buy extra tickets and get yours from the team...

In response to Issue A...yes, I LOVE the BAQF!!! It is THE biggest, most visual showing of Quakes fans having fun at the game. It also is the ideal photo op for any TV outlets taping highlights of the games. The league NEEDS that kind of enthusiasm. The more signs and banners the better. Bring it on!!

Now, for Issue B...terrific that the bobbles are available. The only questions I have are these:

Will the Mathis one have a mohawk and go out on all night benders?

Being ceramic, can the Cobi bobble handle as much abuse as the real Cobi did in Korea, since I'd be compelled to treat it pretty much the same? (BTW, I wonder what it's like being the SECOND most popular Cobi/Kobe in L.A?)

The bobbles are a great touch. Grab 'em while they last. I'm still kicking myself for not getting an Agoos one last year!

I hate to take potential business away from Club Quake, but since they aren't selling the LD bobbleheads, I guess this is OK. It's also really annoying that the Quakes refuse to offer them any other way except as part of their ticket promotion.

I just bought my Landon bobbleheads from the Dallas Burn website for only $8.00 each. Even with shipping costs, they came out to be pretty cheap. Mike, since I can never seem to make it to the Club Quake tailgate, as soon as you put the other ones up on the Club Quake website, I'll put an order in for the rest of the Strike Force. Let us know if you have plans to put them up there. If not, I'll try to connect with you offline.

We'll have 4-5 each of Cobi Jones, Clint Mathis, Josh Wolff, and Carlos Valderama at the tailgate. That's all that are remaining (Brian McBride is sold out).

We'll be there starting around 4pm at our usual spot.

We'll keep club members informed on the LD bobbles. We have about 100 of them.
