A quick question for DC fans

By accident, I stumbled upon the DC United site the other day and I noticed the banner on the top of the site.

There are several trophies on there that I don't recognize and several that I expected to be there that aren't. I recognize the three supporter's shields and the two Rothenberg trophies, but where are the other two? Did they do a redesign on the trophy before I got into MLS fandom?

So my question is, what are the first three trophies...and what are trophies 5 and 6?
