I am a Fulham fan, and wish I saw them more.
The US-Fulham connection is very strong; has Fulham ever considered bringing in an MLS goalkeeper?
We have several very good goalies in MLS - Troy Perkins at DC, Kevin Hartman at KC, Matt Pickens at the Fire, and Brad Guzan at Chivas USA are a couple that come to mind that could be gotten fairly cheap.

There are no good MLS options at the moment, since I doubt there's an American keeper in MLS who could get a work permit. Maybe Reis if Nicol _really_ went to bat for him, but then I don't see how he would be much of an improvement over the current corps. I always feel like Keeper is one of the few positions you could actually dip down into the lower divisions and extract a capable player as long as you do your scouting and your homework. Fulham's probably better off finding local options.

I would agree with Voros. There was a big gaping void of British talent for a while, but there are lots of new kids coming up recently, and you see plenty of cheap Eastern European keepers flooding westward. The work permit thing is the real hurdle here for Americans not on the Nats or without a Euro passport.
