The only MLS team to beat a Mexican side in a home & away format was Kansas City in 2002.

What year did the CCC go to a home and away series?

Does anyone know if moving to a home and away format also moved the start time of the competition? i.e. did the tournament, when it was played in one place pre-2002 start at a later date?

I like Pachuca to handle Houston. Pachuca has good attacking talent and Houston's D is a shambles. Houston is banged up and rusty. They got past Puntarenas on guts and determination.

On the other hand, DC is looking dangerous and Chivas has shown some chinks in the armor away from home. I'm taking DC in this one.

My predicted final: DC vs. Pachuca

jajaja....your talking as if the two leagues are on par. the last two years chivas have made it to the semi's of Libertadores. chivas will destroy dc united just like pumas did.

The MLS teams are doing really good, but i think isn't enough to beat the mexicans.

LIke I said on the other thread, last 5 years: 7 Mexican teams, 3 Costa Ricans. We have a tall order gentlemen.

Keep underestimating US futbol and we will keep putting up dos a cero against you.

the DC United team pumas played is not the same as this one today. today's is better but believe your delusional superiority. we'll just be quiet and win.

DCU might have an oportunity, I see Pachuca very strong for the semis, I predict an all mexican final coming up, but it would be better to have one MLS team and one MFL team

i think I remember seeing him saying something, but anyway i'm just calling out all the ********ies:D like whipsmart13 and others. people who never post here waiting until dc and dynamo win and coming here and talking all this shit. i bet if for some miracle an mls team made it to the final we would have an overrun of u.s. fans who never post here suddenly coming here and saying blah, blah, blah; like a bunch of putas who won't say anything right now like Mexicans
