All purpose shirt printing thread

Never those two, but have done my england current home shirt which is similar material. I did it for about 12-15 seconds. I use a towel over my dining room table as it's a firm surface then. I used to find using an ironing board doesn't work anywhere near as good. As I saym not perfect but if you careful it does the job. If I was you using that type of material, buy something small and practice on old shirt if you want to do it yourself or get them to print it or take it to a local sports shop or t-shirt printers and then youu get it done properly.

It is poss to do it yourself but a little risky if you've never done before.

Yeah, it's more of a shimmering material. That's what the old Champions patches were like, the new ones are frankly crap.

Big Skizz, I've gotta agree with you. They're pretty crap looking but in the flesh who knows. As a pompey fan though, it'll be a few years before I have to worry about champions badges ruining our shirts.

I don't mind the new badges i think its just the 'old fashioned' lion that makes them look a bit strange. It kinda looks out of place.

I noticed that the champions were going to have all gold badges when i pre-ordered my united shirt. There was a little picture and they looked gold.

With the champions badges being all gold looks like they are going the same was as the SPL i remember the champions have gold patches as i had some on my celtic shirt a few seasons back.

The best champions patches were the ones with the gold/yellow actually stitched into an indented lion a few seasons back. I wish they were more like that.

I think that the new Gold ones will stand out though. And they will look nice on the new United shirt. Ahh its been a long time since we've got to wear Champions patches!!

The worse patches were the ones from the 2003/2004 that were like plastic and they were just pathetic. They just used to peel off the sleeve. I ended up having to superglue mine on as the patch was splitting away from the seal.
