Still, even the pro's get it wrong, remember the Crouch 12/21 England jersey! I saw some kid who'd had it done the same deliberately, maaaad props!
Damn, that is pretty impressive! I wonder if he had to pay for a standardised or special name;)

Depends where it was purchased, I reckon "that one shop" (trying to limit legal issues by not repeatedly berating them by name) would have mande him pay for 2 seperates name/number combos, prolly 2 separate shirts also!

Heh, whilst it's funny you made him seem a money grabbing heathen, bragging that you have sol campbell is hardly something to do proudly!
Now he plays for a club sooo desperate they employ GLENN JOHNSON as a footballer!!!

I still prefer the old font, but I'll have to wait and see how my mind changes when I gett to see them on the shirts.

It's not as nice as I thought it would be, but not to bad. I hope UNited get a black away shirt, with red accents, and that new red lettering on it, would look great.

When I buy EPL shirts, I always prefer to get their European style printing.

United could be wearing the new numbers & lettering in the FA cup final. The final is on the 19th of May. On the picture it says 'from the 15th May the premier league is launching a new licensed player identification system'. Even though its not a premier league match, they always where that lettering in FA Cup matches. Who knows.

thanks for the post. i was wondering when we would see these.
my first impression - they don't look different enough from the old design, which i actually prefer.
i am sure it will grow on me.
these will definitely be used by che vs. manu in the fa cup final.

The 1 is boring :(.
I thought the 2 looks too thin and top-heavy.

I think they are too thin too. I think I'm going to have to wait and see what they look like on the shirts first. But personally.I don't think they really needed changing!

It reminds me of the Real Madrid lettering from this season.
