No, its for my 04/05 blue away Arsenal shirt, along with the appropriate 03/04 Champions patches.
I'm glad I opted not to get REYES 9 put on it when I bought it at Lillywhites way back when.
I think he means, the shop won't have any of the old style prem printing. It's a completely new design now.

I wish that was the problem - the shop received its old style lettering about 8 years ago, and is missing a, e, o, u, r, s and #'s 1, 3 and 7 and 8!:(

Mebe order the numbering online then, and give them a squid to put it on for you? At least then you will get a full choice.

You may like this one. I know you think I'm the marketing man for these guys but wiggy sports is shortly selling the official player issue printing for all the old shirts like Euro 96. I looked at this place home of badges on ebay you've mentioned before and some of it was dodgy. I just emailed them about the new england away shirt out next year and he mentioned they've been linked with the old supplier of player issue printing, the company that did England shirts and that before Chris Kay etc did the numbering.
I have a large england shirt collection so I'm well excited about that one.

The Home of Badges place was extortionate, they have a lot of old stuff there but I just get my stuff from Subside now.

Yeah home of badges is rediculous. They want £25 for a GASCOIGNE 8 name and number. I have no idea how much Wiggy Sports will be but he said it will be cheaper than home of badges (obviously heard of them too). Do subside sell it too?

With the older shirt printing more often than not they literally only have the printing already on the shirt...so it's the correct printing but it's not available seperately.

That's a shame, I've got a few old ones I wanted to get printed as it'll be cheaper than buying new.
I may ring them and see what their prices are.

I just purchased myself a little something for my Arsenal Euro kit. It should look good on the shirt that is one of the biggest jokes ever.

Well I really liked the shirt, and I adamantly asked for it for my Birthday. And then I got it...and I realized it didn't look as good in real life as I thought it would.
Then, the team hardly ever plays in it, and the player edition shirt has a completely navy back, because of UEFA regulations. And if the shirt was made especially for the CL, then why didn't they make the replica version ploody navy as well?

Have a look at this on Wiggy Sports http://www.wiggysports.co.uk/PEARCE_3_EURO96_HOME.jpg
They're now selling the retro stuff for England shirts.

Does anybody know who manufactures the Euro 96 name and numbers?

Is it not Chris Kay like the current ones, I thought they'd be doing it for years???

No its not Chris Kay. They started in the Pemier League in 1997 and I think they started doing England shirts around 2003 (Not sure on that though).
I asked Wiggy Sports and they have told me that they can't divulge that information

I think you're right on that one. That's a bit weird they wouldn't say but I guess it's hard to come by. They probably think someone will use them themselves and have their own business. Fair enough I suppose. I've used them before and it's always been official stuff so you should be fine. It looks better than the fakes on ebay.
