Dynamo coach and player complain about the bad pitch (totally agree) and the hot weather (sorry :p)

I'm thinking Puntarenas 3:1 Dynamo. And then 1:1 tie in houston.
EDIT: But if you go to the Dynamo boards, they are predicting an easy win tomorrow. Overconfidence will make them flop :D

El Puerto is going to kill Dynamo 3-0. They have the worst pitch of the whole costarrican 1st division, the worst weather, and along with Saprissa the most violent fans, and plus they are a good team with an excelent coach.

If he is, the is FUKING UNFAIR, obviously Dynamo has no suspended players since they didn{t play any game before
That is very STUPID you CONCACAF

Fellas:
I am sure that Puntarenas will play well as Costa Rican Champions but you should not underestimate Houston. The core of this team has been together for many years and are led by three Canadian internationals and two American internationals. One of those American internationals, Brian Ching, is a huge presence in the air, ala Brian McBride. I am confident that they can hang with Puntarenas from technical and tactical standpoints; their main concern is fitness, as they have not played a real match in three months.

I doubt Puntarenas has three players as good as Ching, De Rosario, and Clark, but having said that Houston will probably end up drawing or losing by one in Costa Rica.

I'm pretty sure he can't play. And yes, MLS and Mexican teams do start the CCC with a clean slate, whereas UNCAF and Caribbean teams have to play qualifiers that add to cumulative cards. Very ********ed up.

I can flip that coin and say that I doubt Houston has three players as good as Kurt Bernard, Shane Orio and Mario Camacho. But then again, I have no idea who plays for Houston, do I? :D

Overall a Houston team in season form should be able to beat any CR team. Specially with a Dyanamo team that is intact from last season.
Ima go with a 1-0 agg for Puntarenas. I will be sorely dissapointed if Punterenas plays like Saprissa did in the last CCC.

El Puerto va a hacer ceviche con el Dynamo hoy.
I doubt Dynamo is better than Saprissa, and Saprissa always looses in Puntarenas.

Main concern for Houston is that none of their players has gotten a full 90' run out so far. 3 friendlies so far, all wins, but it's been the subs doing most of the work.
I don't know if Ching is fully fit for this one, by his own admission, he was a bit overweight coming into the florida training camp.
Nice of Puntarenas to schedule the game in the overwhelming heat. Home field advantage and they are making the most out of it. I think Houston can play with them, but they are not at peak strength and the hosts should win it.
Houston should field about the same lineup that won the MLS Cup, the only excepting being Adrien Serioux who is now in Dallas (and injured) after being picked up and dealt by Toronto in the expansion draft.
I say Puntarenas wins it 2-0 or 2-1.
