I'm guessing you will have to wait to see who is qualified and what group each team has been drawn into. Otherwise you would be getting random tickets to games you might not want to see.

I am not from Europe. I basically want to attend some games since I will likely to be in Swizterland around the tournament.

Unfortunately that's the way it works. Then they wonder why so many people sell there tickets once the draw has been made!
