Saints didn't have a good first half. It was 1-1 at half-time with the 2nd half on it's way.

Saints finally came alive in the 2nd half. Jones scored soon into the 2nd half. Saints defense had a let down and let Barnsley tie it up. But Jones scored on a PK, Nardiello got a red card for Barnsley and then Surman got 2 more for a hat-trick on the day.
