It's that time of year again, folks! Time for you, the valued contributors to our forum, to rate how we the mods do in facilitating the discussions and topics in the Newcastle United NSR forum.

I'm posting this as a current moderator, and I know that BayernWake and I are the current most-frequently-appearing mods, as it were, for the forum, but we have both been moderating the forum for a little under two weeks and as such are not the main point of conversation for this thread. If you want to rate myself and BW, I suppose that's okay, but this is mainly a 'job performance in 2006'-oriented rating.

Please rate your forum Mods (Clan, Rick B and Toon³) as to how they moderated the Newcastle United NSR forum in 2006. These polls have been created at the request of the BigSoccer Admins in an effort to improve our community and clarify our newly revised community guidelines for the coming year. Please be honest, civil, and fair in your responses. After one week, we will attempt to respond and address your praise and criticism.

Please use the thread as an opportunity to provide feedback. Please note all comments are public intentionally. Your vote, however, will not be public. Your comments can address both the way the board is moderated and the way individual Mods moderate.

A little background about us...

I (tigerdave) have been a mod for all of two weeks on the forum and the Newcastle United NSR forum. I've been a member of BigSoccer since August 2004 and my most frequent appearances come in the two forums I moderate, though I oftentimes lurk in the Houston Dynamo forums and the USA Men's forums. I'm 24 and a full-time sportswriter for a twice-weekly newspaper in a smallish town in northeastern Oregon.

The other mods will likely add their backgrounds in as the week progresses. Have at it!

Graeme is the man. It's a shame he had to relinquish his duties. All hail our deposed leader!
